  I'm putting it back on 5 stars because I do love this sonic. My issue was more of a dasher issue. Not sure who looks at a tiny hotdog bag and thinks there are 3 burgers and 2 fries and onion rings in that single little bag. If it was the same employee that forgot my sundaes in the special last week (which I'm assuming was the manager or a higher up that brought them personally that time, thank you), maybe fast pace food service isn't the thing for that one employee. I've bought that special several xs for me and my adult boys with no issue. But 2xs in a row, and missing the entire meal in the special was disheartening as we only treat ourselves weekly. Fixed income. But I more blame the dasher. Pretty sure anyone could tell that tiny bag didn't hold the 3 burgers and 3 sides, especially when I said, hey that's not my order and he quickly hit delivered and left. I appreciate your kind response. I'll miss you guys but I'm not trusting the dasher company again to actually read the receipt and that was a sad day for us burger loving family. I know it's just burgers but man, they are good burgers lol. Oh well

  Was sitting here trying to place a drink order and they ignored the red button 4 times. I came 10 minutes before they closed. Then when I called they told me that they could not place my drink order. Terrible customer service.

  I get the jr bacon cheeseburger often. Not long ago, I got one with no bacon. More recently I got one with no burger. I tried contacting them on line, but it didn't work. I guess we better check our orders to see if they are all there.

  This makes me sad because Sonic was one of my go-to burger joints when I lived in Colorado. I've tried this one twice now and I'm sorry to say it's not good. My first delivered order missed the customization of my burger. Okay, I can have bad days too and decided to try again. Coke with NO ice ordered, coke WITH ice delivered. Burger with no tomato ordered came with 2 slices of tomato. Why offer customization if you don't follow it? I could have still believed it was just a mistake...but...the fries were soggy and mushy and the bun felt like it just came out of the fridge...insides were warm. Very sad. I have NO problem with the delivery service.

  Well,( around 1:00p.m 8/27/26) I Parked in stall 3. Bought from the Sonic app. $7 deal with Carmel Sunday. They forgot the Sunday I had to drive back around to get it. I paid extra for extra- Jalapeños( $1.50) and GOT NONE! and the burger was labeled, No lettuce, No Tomatoes, No oinion, And the burger came with everything but my Jalapeños on it. This happend last Monday to me too. So, I wasn't very happy when I got home and the burger was messed up. 😕 This two strikes in one week for that Mountain Home Arkansas Sonic.
