  This is the second time our order has been messed up, even after asking them to repeat our order. The last order was about two months ago. We like the pizza but are really tired of not getting what we order.

  Usually our favorite pizza place in town. I scheduled a pick up for a pizza pasta and salad for 5:45 (placed at around 4pm), because I knew I would have groceries in my car. I waited well past 5:45 and when I did get my order I was missing my salad. They told me they just threw the chicken down and had the salad out to me at 6:10. I’m frustrated that even though it was scheduled well ahead of time, it took forever. By the time I got my salad the pizza and pasta were cold. And honestly, there’s not very much chicken on my salad. According to my app, the ticket is still open. I think if tickets were double or even triple checked, a lot of mistakes would be caught.

  Waited over an hour for food It wasn’t busy maybe a couple people there but then it started to pick up Several people that were there after us got there food before us It would of made a complete difference if the waitress who passed us several times would have acknowledged that by saying something about the wait but she didn’t til we got our food and still had to wait on our wings to get done at that point we just asked for a to go box . Food wasn’t as good as the other pizza huts I’ve been to

  Didn't receive sauce with the bread sticks, and no dressing on sandwich on a to go order. When i callled was put on hold for 6 min. Hung up called back and was put on hold.

  Incredibly disappointing experience. We called in a reservation for the party room for a family gathering. We were assured it was confirmed. When we came in, we were told they didn’t write down our reservation. They didn’t apologize or try to make it right. And they told us that we couldn’t sit at the tables we moved to and kicked us out. No apology. No accommodation. And an extremely rude employee. I never leave bad reviews, but this was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. We had family from out of state and had to scramble to find a plan B since they wouldn’t even serve us.
