  Spent over 30 minutes waiting in line for ONE sandwich just to be told my order was lost and I would have to wait after all the other tickets were made before my sandwich could be made. When I asked for a manager I was told the manger could not come speak to me because they were too busy. I asked for a refund and told it would be 3 days to get a refund and still the manager would not come talk to me. I had already wasted my whole lunch break waiting for food that never came so I had to leave. When I called to speak to the manager I was told to call back because the manager was too busy to talk to me. Absolutely horrific customer service. I will never come back to this location.

  Went to inquire about pricing for a large order for my mother's celebration of life. The store manager stood right there and listened to me ask the clerk at the register. The clerk pointed at a flyer near the register that didn't have prices printed on it. He looked them up on the register, and wrote prices on the flyer. He then realized he'd written the wrong numbers down. He asked the store manager who told him to look it up in the register again. It was hard enough to be there because I was planning mom's service. The manager could have easily provided the prices. The clerk seemed irritated that he had to look the numbers up again. I told him to forget it and left the store. So relieved the employees at my local Jimmy John's in NKC MO are helpful and not douchebags. Went to Deli Pro instead. Great people, happy to help.

  Fast and polite service! Would eat here again. Had the chicken, bacon ranch sandwich. Delicious!
