Cussing, screaming, punching trash cans, very rude to the customers. They lost multiple customers tonight. You need to watch cameras and do something about this behavior. See if the trashcan is okay also after all the blows it took from one of the employees. Do better BB.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in. The store did not appear clean, and there was a bowl of dried waffle batter sitting on the counter. Only one employee was working at the time. We each ordered a waffle cone, and after the first bite it was immediately clear that something was wrong. The cones had an unpleasant texture and flavor that made them essentially inedible. We ended up breaking the cones apart just to eat the ice cream and were genuinely concerned about the quality of the food. Although we ultimately finished the ice cream, we left wondering whether we might regret that decision later. The dining area was also neglected. Several tables had not been cleaned, and we were unable to find a suitable place to sit, so we took our ice cream outside instead. As we were leaving, another couple walked into the store. I was half tempted to warn other customers about my experience. I didn't say anything, and the fact that the thought even crossed my mind speaks to how disappointing and concerning this visit was. Thankfully, neither of us became sick, but this was not the experience we expected for a 40th birthday outing. Based on this visit, we would choose another ice cream shop in the future and cannot recommend this location.

And my boyfriend got a milk shake, that tasted like it was made with rotten milk. I’ve never wrote a review on a restaurant but my experience was so terrible I thought I’d share.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
