  I was passing through and decided to stop at Sonic because they always have great food and drinks. But this experience was different, the fries were hard and cold, and a burger patty was old like the burger have been sitting under the heat lamp. I have worked at Sonic and I know the procedure of having to fresh food constantly, this was a let down. Although the service was outstanding she was awesome 👍🏼

  As someone who owns a restaurant in town, i understand accidents happen in a restaurant frequently. But the thing is I make sure certain things never happen. Such as not having meat not added. And im not talking every once in a while. Im talking that it happens every time. You might say why go back. Well i like to support my town even if its a franchise, i know its usually locally owned, but this sonic needs a owner/management training seminar to refresh whats important when it comes to operating for the public. The last 3 times i have came and i usually order a super sonic breakfast burrito, and every single time there is never any meat, i never get mad. I just come back and have them make it again. But this time they put a few small pieces as shown. Which is crazy to me that there was no intention of pleasing (granted you cant always please the customer). But while it is some what the cooks fault, management is the biggest blame because they have shown constantly they do not care about the training of their employees. And the reviews clearly show this. The thing is i want this place to be a good place for folks to enjoy, and i fear its coming to the point that people will just stop coming. I could easily be happy that their demise is good for my place, but i want all the businesses to be successful in this town, but the owners have to care to begin with. We had issues ourselves but we stay adamant to fix these problems and we did. So i hope this review can help push the right ones to make changes. Also the ordering machines need to be fixed asap, the servers are missing out on credit card tips of it never works.

  5 minutes ago. Ordered 2 small Sprites and 2 Route 44 sweet teas. It took them a minute to make 4 drinks and the tea was bad. Not the ratio, the tea ITSELF was bad. Need to rotate out your tea, it ain’t rocket surgery. Atmosphere gets a 3 because of the remodel but the place was dead. This Sonic has a LONG history of poor service and food. Yeah, I had a bad experience tonight but in the YEARS I’ve been here or heard from people that go here, the quality has remained detestable. A remodel is not what this place needs, it needs an internal overhaul. And it has been needing it for a while. You go 30-40 minutes down the road to Perryville, and you get one of the BEST Sonic experiences ever. Quick service, hot, fresh food, and overall perfection. Don’t know why it’s so hard for Morrilton to get it right. Shape it up or shut it down. By the amount of crud I hear about this place on the daily, seems like the latter is becoming true. (I do not cast blame on the workers themselves; whoever is training sucks and whoever is over this circus needs to throw in the towel.)

  Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I ordered at the drive thru, ordering 3 cream slushes and 2 breakfast burritos. We were given the burritos and had completely consumed them while waiting for the slushes. After 25 minutes of waiting and honking several times to get their attention, the cashier opened the window and tried to hand us 4 drinks. We let her know we were still waiting for the cream slushes. She let us know their machine was not working and they had no way to make the cream slushes. She said somebody should have let us know this, yet they had charged us for them without saying they couldn’t make them. The truck behind us ended up leaving about 20 minutes into the wait. The cashier asked if there was something else she could get us instead. After waiting 25 minutes, we just wanted a refund. She said the manager would refund the amount for the cream slushes and I should have the refund in a few days. She didn’t want my card to add the funds back on but said it would be taken care of. Highly doubtful I’ll ever see the refund.
