  Sad that the sonic app is now asking for 10%-15%-20% tip. PAY YOUR WORKERS MORE AND STOP RELYING ON THE PUBIC TO COMPENSATE. Who are we tipping? The person who walks 3 steps to hand me the food? Is this a sit down restaurant? " They went above and beyond when the took longer strides to hand me a paper bag". This is why McDonald's beats you.

  This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever visited. I placed an order through the app, arrived at the store, and waited 30 minutes without anyone bringing out my drink. I moved to another stall and pressed the button to let them know I was still waiting, but my drink still never came. I contacted corporate, but they claimed they couldn’t find my online account. I decided to give this location another chance and ordered a Diet Coke. When I picked it up, it clearly wasn’t Diet Coke. I pressed the button to let them know, and the employee simply argued, “Yes, it is.” I’m not sure what is going on at this location, but the staff desperately need better training in customer service and order accuracy.

  We stopped here on our way to the beach in hopes of a quick bite since it is fast food. We were here for 47 minutes. After our 47 minute wait we opened my child's wacky pack meal to see they only gave him fries and a drink. For some reason my other child's wacky pack was not bagged. It was all brought out on the tray stacked up, besides the toy. They also forgot the apple juice. It took them 4 different trips out to us and nearly an hour to finally get a family of 4 their order. Everything was cold by the time we finally got to eat together. This place caused nothing but frustration and making us an hour late for our check in.
