  Subway if you're going to leave people in charge of your business please teach them to interact with customers..I went to this location in Mayflower today Monday the 1th to get myself and my son some dinner...I approach the counter a disinterested employee asks what I'd like..ok whatever I'd probably be disinterested also..she takes my order begins making my sandwich and does a medium subway job...fine...but then I say I'd also like to get the Monday meal deal please her additude goes from disinterested to annoyed and she says in the future it would be nice if you told me that while I was down here, going to the other end of the line, at this point I match her energy and say it'd be nice to be asked if I needed any other sandwiches....so yes I was annoyed at this point and am matching her energy she says loudly but not uite yelling normally people tell me down here they want more sandwiches and of course I say normally the employee asks me if I need any other sandwiches..she's ultimately makes the other sandwich of course she's mad so i hurry through and pay then she forgets my cup for the meal deal and when I ask for it mouths soabout me being mad and it's too bad or something anyway unprofessional and i talked trash while leaving.....I admit I matched her energy after she escalated her attitude and got mad because I ASKED TO ORDER FOOD AT YOUR RESTAURANT....I emplore you to watch the interaction on your surveillance cameras and tell me what I did wrong before matching her rude behavior...luckily it was not busy as it was approximately 4.45pm monday may 11th and no seniors or children were subject to this nonsense..TRAIN YOUR STAFF

  WORST SUB IVE EVER HAD. HORRIBLE RUDE LADY, SHE TRIED TO TELL ME MORE ONIONS COSTED EXTRA. THE WHOLE POINT OF SUBWAY IT TO HAVE IT YOUR WAY!!! SHE PUT ALL THE SAUCE IN ONE PLACE , SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO EVEN DO HER JOB

  I made on line order at this location at 1:18. I arrived ten minutes later. The order wasn’t ready and there were two people in line. The young lady, who I later realized was the only one in the building, asked if I was here for an online order. I told her I was. She finished the order she was working on. Then started on the other persons in line. Unfortunately this was after two other groups of people had walked in. Each with multiple sandwiches. She has made them in the order the folks were in line. I’ve now been here for almost an hour. After ordering ahead. What is the point in ordering ahead if you have to get in line to have your order made? The poor girl was floundering, but still, why make other peoples orders when I’m still sitting here watching you? This clearly isn’t her fault. She seemed new. The fault here lies on whatever idiot left this undertrained person in a store by herself. Is that not a liability? If I didn’t have people waiting on me expecting these I would’ve walked out 30 minutes ago. This is a tragic breakdown in how to effectively run a business. You’ve lost a customer and hopefully more to follow. I regret having given this place my money and is defeintwly wasn’t worth the promo to come here. I could’ve gone to 4 other subways by now, and they still haven’t even started my order. I’m now in line in hopes she’ll actually acknowledge me and at least refund my money.
