  Ordered sonic blast and cant prepare it right, that alone speaks volumes of how it is being managed. A simple sonic blast.

  I love that this Sonic cooks everything to order every time we visit, and I know they do the same for every single person. It makes the wait times a little bit longer, especially when they're busy but it is so incredibly worth it. The first bite into that hot and juicy burger is also perfection. The only time we have an issue is when we order on the app. We much prefer ordering through the menu board. Going in the mornings is prime time, too! Nikkole is the absolute best, and exactly what this location needed. 5 years ago, noone in my family would've stepped near the place. Now, it's the only Sonic we go to.

  Had been doing a cleaning job for over 9 hours that required over an hour of travel back home to Oklahoma. I stopped by to get a beloved mango water and a burger just to sit for over 45 mins. Called and was told it wasn’t even bumped off the screen. Sat and waited even longer. Called again 20 mins later. Should’ve known better I was just so thirsty and hungry after working. Just save your heartache if you’re driving through Mansfield. Won’t even bother to call for a refund because I’m sure that would take forever too just to not get done.

  This store can't handle volume. When they get busy it takes them an ungodly amount of time to even get drinks out. Hire better and train better. I'll be going to a sonic in FSM from now on. I stopped today after placing an online order in the app, Ready at 4:21PM. 4:38 a younger man walks up to the order station and orders a drink, 4 minutes later his drink is brought out, so i get out of my car and say hey my order was in first why is he getting his, and I'm told "oh his was a simple order, just a drink..... really.. MINE TOO...(just a single drink)....

  You pull into Mansfield sonic and it's constantly a wasteland of maybe 2 workers working. Food is constantly never brought out in a timely manner, it's usually cold by the time they make it out to you.
