  Sat 15 minutes after pushing the button with nobody in the parking lot aside from employee vehicles no answer 😑, I ask what's all on the meat and cheese breakfast burrito she says meat and cheese I ask for tots on one she tries to upsale extra tots and neglects to say if there's eggs or not I make my order finally kids in the car late for school and wait an additional 20 minutes watch 3 cars come Iand go how long does it take to make 2 burritos and a croissanwich

  I love that this Sonic cooks everything to order every time we visit, and I know they do the same for every single person. It makes the wait times a little bit longer, especially when they're busy but it is so incredibly worth it. The first bite into that hot and juicy burger is also perfection. The only time we have an issue is when we order on the app. We much prefer ordering through the menu board. Going in the mornings is prime time, too! Nikkole is the absolute best, and exactly what this location needed. 5 years ago, noone in my family would've stepped near the place. Now, it's the only Sonic we go to.

  Had been doing a cleaning job for over 9 hours that required over an hour of travel back home to Oklahoma. I stopped by to get a beloved mango water and a burger just to sit for over 45 mins. Called and was told it wasn’t even bumped off the screen. Sat and waited even longer. Called again 20 mins later. Should’ve known better I was just so thirsty and hungry after working. Just save your heartache if you’re driving through Mansfield. Won’t even bother to call for a refund because I’m sure that would take forever too just to not get done.
