Stopped by this restaurant on the way from Blytheville to Jonesboro. I have eaten at other locations and the food has always been good. I ordered the catfish plate since it was available. The food came out quickly. The catfish strips were a bit smaller than I anticipated and the breading was overly crunchy. The food was still good. The service was amazing and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would eat here again.

Had a great experience at Jack’s this morning! Ms. Lora was so kind, friendly, and pleasant. She provided excellent customer service and really started my morning off right. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone with such a positive attitude. Thank you, Ms. Lora, for the wonderful experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I paid $33.21 for 1st plate 2 pc chicken plate, breast and leg with potatoes, green beans & biscuit. 2nd plate 3 pc finger dinner, fries with no salt & biscuits. Also ordered 1 pint potatoes, 1 pint green beans and 2 extra biscuits. I got 1 plate with a leg and a wing and burnt toast. 2nd plate had chicken finger and SALTED fries and a burnt piece of toast. I did not get my pint of potatoes or pint of green beans or the biscuits I paid for! Upon returning to the store, was told they were out of biscuits and given 2 small fries and 2 apple pies. I will NEVER order from this place again. Sorriest service and food. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Jack's and both times my order was wrong! I've wasted my last dollar there!

This store was clean and the staff were polite. However, service was TERRIBLE . Me and 3 other families waited for 20+ minutes for incomplete and uncorrect orders while the staff and manager tended to their family and/or friends in the lobby. They gave them free food but continued to mess up guest orders. Never received my order after watching them satisfy several NON PAYING patrons. I did see a lot of handwashing and the store was clean.
