  Absolutely ridiculous service from all employees. Ordered a medium milkshake and instead was given a mini and was not offered to fix the mistake. Also ordered two medium mozzarella cheese sticks which come with 6 mozzarella sticks each and instead got one medium pack and one mini. After making it known to the employees they did not offer to give us the other 4 mozzarella sticks but instead told us we ordered a mini. I am a regular customer at sonic and know that there is no mini option for the cheese sticks (even the employee said she didn’t think that was a thing). Absolutely ridiculous for none of the employees to fix anything and just blow us off. Very disappointed and glad we do not live around here because I would never come back.
