  Was going to dine in but as I approached the counter to order my food a short black lady hooping and hollaing demanded that I had to utilize the kios not sure if it was a racist thing or not as employees took orders from several other black costumer, and I'm not a black men I'm Puerto Rican when it came to me immediatelyI was told I had to use the kiosk I decided to take my money elsewhere first time I've ever stopped here may have to stop in the future to get fuel but will not do business with Arby's.....

  Mike and his team were absolutely great! Thank You all for your kind caring attitudes and the excellent customer service. All of our food was very well prepared hot and delicious.You guys are the Best!!

  Whoever manages this location needs to be promoted to a national position. It has been ages since I've walked into an Arby's and left that impressed. Service was great, you can tell everyone was working together. Food was delivered promptly during a lunch rush, and everything tasted perfect. If only every Arby's was like this one...

  Friendly enough staff. However, I had a very simple order. Sandwich, fries, shake. Waited so long for my shake, my food was cold. Got back to my truck and realized my sandwich was made wrong. Already had a horrible day (not the Arby's workers fault, but still) and all I wanted was to enjoy my food. Couldn't even have that I guess..

  07/14/26 4:40pm. The guy cashier was very friendly and entertaining. Food was awful. Asked for extra mayo NOT the entire jar. Chicken sandwhich was loosely wrapped and not put together. Mayo was everywhere, tomato not in sandwhich. Curly fry box literally had 3 curly fries and crumbs! NOT impressed at all. If your put your excellent customer service effort into the food too you'll be doing big things! STOP cutting corners! Will have to pass on this place, food is high enough and being ripped off with a BS meal is not cool!
