  Dear Manager, please ask your staff not to re-drop old product ( such as my mozzarella sticks ) back into the oil -- he thinks he's freshening it up but what he's doing is creating a grease sponge, that I paid 7 dollars for. You could squeeze them and grease just spurts out. Remember guys, I'd say about 50 percent if not more of people have worked in a restraunt at one time or another so nobody is being fooled... I couldn't even eat them, so now I'm out 7 dollars because somebody made too many mozz sticks and y'all had to pawn them off on me... Not cool, people can tell, That being said, your staff are really nice folks and give great friendly service -- I think better than Ive had anywhere, so you have a great crew, they just need to make sure they're serving fresh food -- when something goes back into the fryer all it does is take in grease... Okay, that's all I got to say, thanks for listening... 💯

  Was going to dine in but as I approached the counter to order my food a short black lady hooping and hollaing demanded that I had to utilize the kios not sure if it was a racist thing or not as employees took orders from several other black costumer, and I'm not a black men I'm Puerto Rican when it came to me immediatelyI was told I had to use the kiosk I decided to take my money elsewhere first time I've ever stopped here may have to stop in the future to get fuel but will not do business with Arby's.....

  Mike and his team were absolutely great! Thank You all for your kind caring attitudes and the excellent customer service. All of our food was very well prepared hot and delicious.You guys are the Best!!

  Whoever manages this location needs to be promoted to a national position. It has been ages since I've walked into an Arby's and left that impressed. Service was great, you can tell everyone was working together. Food was delivered promptly during a lunch rush, and everything tasted perfect. If only every Arby's was like this one...
