Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MTMelissa Tagorda1 day ago1.0I have been here multiple times usually late at night, so it is possibly just the night crew. Ordered an iced coffee.... recieved a hot black coffee 30 minutes later... Waited 40 minutes for a small chocolate shake. The minimum wait time for anything is 20 minutes and that is only if you pester the workers about getting your food out. This has been an ongoing issue in the few years I have been an SAU student.

The young kid that took my order I had to ask him for my drink, and I asked him do I not get a # for the table? I went to go get lunch today and after 20 minutes went by I never received my food with employees walking be me several several times with my # on the edge of the table. I requested my $ back and they did apologize annd said they just missed my order and so I went down the road to Chicken Express and got something to eat.
