- PLPatrick Lawson4 days ago3.0The cheeseburgers were cold and not good. The staff was really rude and yelled at us because we were in the play area. How are we sappose to know that we were in there when it was closed. The door was wide open. My son was sacred and it really hurt our feelings.

The kid checks the dispenser, then says, I guess you'll have to talk to a manager and walks away. Then it was several minutes more before anyone acknowledged him ip front. Just to get ketchup.

A lady named Haley took our order and was very disrespectful in the way she told my husband that he ordered his meal the wrong way. He ordered a mcchicken meal deal and said that but she cut him off asking him if it was spicy or regular. Then she got mad after and told him he needed to say meal deal because she rung it up wrong when she was the one that cut him off at the beginning and didn't hear him. Even if he hadn't had said it correctly and he was at fault, she should not have rudely told a customer how to order the right way. She's the worker so she should be asking questions to clarify which deal he wants. My husband is always very respectful and was kind to her. But I needed to leave a review so she will nice to the future customers. Thank you
