  I have ordered online to this location 3 or 4 times and each time the wait is longer. Last order took more than 30 minutes before it was finished. No line for the 20 minutes I waited in the store.

  Such a disappointment. We have purchased from JJ before but have never had such a poor experience as today. I wasn’t greeted while standing at the register. There was no question as to how I could be helped. Just a blank face. I had to say good afternoon and I would like to place an order. Again, no response from the employee. No, what can we make for you today?! We ordered a turkey tom and this is what we received, two slices of turkey and two pieces of cheese for a regular sandwich. Perhaps you could teach basic social skills, customer service, and pictures of how a sandwich is to be made. I mean, two slices of turkey for a regular sandwich?!!! I will never visit this location again.

  Everyone at this location is it extremely funny and kind. My coworkers and I are regulars and go at least twice a week. Every time we order in advance, our food is ready by the time that we arrive and my order has never been wrong. This is the only Jimmy John’s I go to. They offer the best service, especially Shastelyn. I recommend everyone go to this location always because of how great the customer service is.

  I had such a great experience at Jimmy John’s thanks to Shastelyn! She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. The service was quick, and she kept such a positive attitude the whole time. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had—Shastelyn made my visit amazing! 😊
