  Today was my first visit to a HTeaO. The staff I encountered at the Lowell, AR location were great! I purchased 2- quarts; 1- unsweet with Georgia peach and the other was unsweet with read berry & peach. Both flavors are awesome! I will definitely be back.

  Quick/fast service. Great variety of new/unique tea flavor options you can’t get anywhere else locally in Northwest Arkansas

  I’m giving 4 stars only because of the current hours of operation. I pass two of your locations every morning, and I wish they opened a little earlier. I could easily stop at the Centerton location for my coffee and then the Lowell location for my tea if I needed to, but the opening times make that difficult. With your new Lowell location and JB Hunt right up the road, I think opening just one hour earlier, at 6:00 AM, could bring in a lot more business. Many people in this area start their day early, and the nearby 7 Brew and Starbucks are often packed. An earlier opening would give customers another great option during the morning rush. Please consider adjusting the hours at both locations. We’re a busy and growing group of cities, and I think there’s a real opportunity to serve more customers during those early morning hours. The drinks and service are great. I’d just love to see you open a little earlier! 😊
