  Food was great as always but service was trash they did not come around with the tray with the condiments or napkins they forgot a couple things I had to go ask them for example fries and ranch that is an extra

  Horrible!. So high they can't work was in the drive thru around 1am last night waited damn near 2 hrs for my food to be wrong. Never again. Attitudes talkin crazy cursing bout 7 ppl back there working but you can't get 2 sandwiches correct. Then proceeds to tell me I didn't order it right and I shoulda said this tht this an that. No absolutely not. I went to the benton location ordered the exact same sandwich the same way I did there. Had no hiccups food was hot and fresh and fast I dont even live in lr area so im not gonna be back anyway. That whole night crew need to be let go. Heard too many voices thru that drive thru window for a order so simple to be messed up. 2 hr wait at 1am for food to be wrong is insane. Smh dont worry I knw which one to go to. I honestly dont like it in this state. I rather eat it in Lousiana anyway. But this location never again. Really wanted my money back but chalked it up as a loss smh. Horrible.

  This was my first time at a Whataburger. I went about 2pm on a weekday. I was the first person in line in the drive through. It took about 10 minutes to get my food. It was the best fast food I've had in literal years. I got a single original combo with everything, add cheese, opt for onion rings. The drink was massive and the food was hot and perfect. Employees were very nice.

  I ordered Uber eats tonight from whataburger. Paid almost 15 bucks just for the meal, and got no fries, even though it was clearly on my receipt that I paid for that. My entire order with Uber was 45 dollars. And my burger was cold. Thanks. My uber delivery driver was great, so nothing to do with her. None of this was her fault. This is the first time I've eaten anything from whataburger, but I certainly wont be wasting my money on it again. I cant submit a picture of my receipt yet because according to their system it takes 24 hours to get a receipt, but I will be back with that. Thanks for robbing me of my money and not giving me what I ordered. I will never buy from you again. To all, don't waste your money here, especially if you're ordering out. Even wendys and mcdonalds are more consistent with ordering than this place apparently.
