- TRTrudi RichmondApr 18, 20262.0I was here to pick up an Uber Eats order and the customer service was TERRIBLE. No one greeted me when I entered the establishment, no smiles, nothing. I came in direct contact with a lady from the back but because I was not the person she was looking for, she went on around me. I waited for at least 15 minutes before the cashier realized that the order I was waiting for was right behind her on the counter instead of in the slot for online pickup. There were 4 other young ladies in the kitchen area and not one person checked to see if my order was ready. This was truly an unacceptable experience. I have been to this location before on my own dime, and it was nothing like this, so I surely hope this is not what a regular experience is like at this establishment now days!
