  Bad experience..I took my grandson to breakfast ( should have followed my first mind and went to Big Bad Breakfast). He ordered the breakfast quesadellia and I ordered scrambled eggs, biscuit, chicken sausage. He took ONE bite and said GiGi, I don't know what it is, but doesn't tad good. He ate off my plate until the waitress came to check on us. Explained he didn't like it, she said we would have to pay 50% of the price for it and FULL price for whatever he wanted in place of it! She said that's their policy and apologized..she got the manager who took forever to come to our table. He stated the same, reviewed the menu wihim and asked where does it show this, didn't see it on the door when we came in..I asked again where is this posted for the customers..he said their not going to do that?????? He said said he would take it off this time, I said you don't have to worry about seeing me again, I just hated for other's who may want to try something thinking it would be good. The food I had wasn't worth the price, the little I ate..NEVER asked if I wanted to try something else..I have ate at MANY restaurants and never experienced this.

  My boss and I were in town for a funeral for one of our coworkers. I drove to Little Rock from Pensacola Saturday and she flew in from Iowa today. We decided on The Toasted Yolk for a late breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious and our server Emily I think was so kind. If you want something pleasing to the palate and to the eyes - this is the spot.

  I have been here many times usually on the weekend and the service has consistently been poor to terrible. It'll take 10 to 15 minutes before we are acknowledged by a waiter/waitress. The wait staff like to mingle with their regulars longer than most tables and give them proper respect towards the customers time when it comes to taking orders and delivering food. Typically I chopped it up to its just busy weekend service. Ive recently attempted twice to vist on a slow day friday at about 11am, and surprisingly the service was just as terrible and I actually left the 2nd vist without ordering anything as this is now a consistently and unacceptable considering their higher than most food prices and them expecting a tip. The food here is fine but and the atmosphere is generally great but I can not stand the way the wait staff disrespect my time whether they are busy or not.

  Tony, the “general manager,” completely disrespects and disregards his own employees. He allows opposing staff to curse out his team simply because they’ve “been there longer,” and then he escalates the situation by throwing menus at his employees. It’s clear Tony has placed himself on a pedestal, and the way he treats his staff is unacceptable. The environment he’s created left a terrible taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning.

  I love this restaurant! I go after a meeting every week with my family and we always love it. The food is amazing, there are so many options for many different types of diets. They add the calories at the end of the description, which is great for people who are trying to watch their diet. They are also very accommodating of substitutions and making sure they make it to your liking. Emily and Felipe are AWESOME! Not only do they take good care of us whenever we are there, they are so fun to talk to. We like to include Emily in on all our gossip and she brings our food to us like it's party time and makes it like a parade. We have sung together and we are a sober table! Lol That's another thing! The sober drinks are great! My only wish is they were open 1 hour more, but that's only because my schedule doesn't allow me to get there before 1:30 and they close at 3. But I know that's just a me issue. Lol Love this place!!
