  45 minutes and still waiting after going through the mobile line. We were told our order was given out to the wrong person, understood as accidents happen. That being said, it’s been 20 minutes since we were updated, and have watched 3 employees leave with bags of food for their after shift meals, zero sense of urgency or customer service. I will now drive the added 10 minutes to the location on Broadway. I have never seen operations ran as poorly as this, with employees who very obviously do not want to be clocked in. We have also watched 5 other customers receive orders after us. Sunday night 6/14 7:30-8:30 PM

  It would be nice to be able to write a better review however, upon arriving at the restaurant to place an order, I was informed that the beef, chicken and steak (basically everything on the menu) was going to take a minimum of 30 minutes. After confirming that everything on the menu other than rice and beans was going to take more than 30 minutes, I proceeded to leave only to find that at the front of the restaurant there was a group of employees standing outside chatting. Maybe if the employees were inside working instead of chatting outside the restaurant I would not have to wait 30 minutes to receive my order. I left without ordering.

  Ordered a delivery, they gave the order out to a stranger instead of the delivery driver. Someone should retrain the employees on this issue.
