  Went to grab a late dinner for the family after a long busy day. It was 11pm, and the app wouldn't let me order and gave me a message that the store was closed. The parking lot was dark and nearly empty when I arrived. So when I pulled to the drive-thru, I asked what time they close as a courtesy. I wanted to make sure they weren't closing. The girl laughed as if I was stupid and said "umm, 3". Okay, whatever. I start placing my [large] order (your welcome for my business), and the girl gets audibly more frustrated with each item I order. When I asked for a taco party pack, she said "are you serious?" I left and drove ten minutes to the Taco Bell on Bowman, where they were happy to take my order. And there was a long line in drive-thru, by the way.

  I’ve now had three separate bad experiences at this Taco Bell, all involving the same woman working the night shift. Each time, her attitude and the way she speaks to customers have been extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. During one of my visits, she gave me the wrong drink and then told me she wasn’t going to charge my card the 40 cents because of the mistake. While the amount itself isn’t the issue, the way she handled the situation and spoke to me was completely unnecessary. I’ve also experienced her having a terrible attitude toward my friend and my mother, which makes it clear that this isn’t just an issue with me. I understand that working in fast food can be stressful, but that does not excuse treating customers with no respect or basic courtesy. After three separate experiences with the same employee, I highly recommend avoiding this location during the night shift if you’re looking for a pleasant experience. I really hope management addresses this because the food is one thing, but the way customers are treated matters too. Better staff behavior and basic respect would make a huge difference.
