  I guess the black girl and the tall heavy white dude are the only ones that work there I suppose. They both act like they don’t wanna be there. Never get a greeting, they both look at you like you’re the issue. When the woman made my food she barely attempted to mash down the inside of the sandwich so she could close it properly, so all the sauce I had on my sandwich is now on the paper. The cookies were basically burnt. Ive been there twice and the service was the same both times, food is decent but that customer service needs some working on! But hey it’s Subway, what more do you expect? Smh

  Well I have to wait for a bit because the lady was having a conversation with the security about how to get her ex boyfriend, after that she was been rude and and not friendly at all after that she started putting my sandwich together and she didn’t change her gloves and my sandwich was looking like two monkeys put it together, is funny how she starts talking about how ppl giving her tips and how much in front of other customers Really bad experience!!!!!!

  Subway is one of my favorite places to eat. However, even though the food is fairly good at the Baptist Subway, the service is severely lacking. The girl that was working the counter on Saturday, July 20th between 7 and 8 p.m. needs a lot of public relations training and she also needs to learn how to make a neat sandwich. Her Sub sandwich making skills are very sloppy at the very best. She doesn't pay attention to the details of her work and she is definitely not a people person. In my opinion, if you are working with the public you should make each customer feel valued or appreciated. After all, that customer could very easily eat somewhere else. She doesn't pay attention to counting money back correctly. I do eat there on occasion when at the Baptist Hospital but I always dread my experience when I find that she is the employee working there at that time. From here on, I may choose to eat somewhere else, if she is working the counter at that time.
