  This is one of the worst Sonic locations I’ve ever been to. The service is so slow that I’ve waited 20 minutes for a sweet tea that was ordered on the app 5 minutes ahead of time. Also the stalls NEVER work. Each time I go, I have to drive in and out of at least 4 stalls on either side before finding one that works. And the food is right only about 30% of the time. And I don’t think it’s the workers faults, because it happens with all of the carhops regardless of time of day, day of the week, rush or no rush, etc. It’s so bad that I’ve started driving 15-20 minutes out of my way to go to the Rodney Parham or Colonel Glenn location when I want a slush because it’ll likely take the same amount of time to drive across the city that it does to even get a regular fountain drink at this location. It’s such a shame this is the only one in west Little Rock.

  Twice I’ve came and the ice cream has been broken. Stalls aren’t working.

  Always fresh and pretty fast at this location. I was buying a bunch of ice creams for my students on the last day of school, and the staff at Sonic brought it out in a big box for me to handle easier. Thank you!

  I love how I can order on the app. I usually have great service but this last time the service was poor. We ordered a route 44 unsweetened tea and a small chicken tenders. They brought out our order and it was wrong. The drink was some kind of punch and the tenders were cold. The car hop knew right away that the drink was wrong. Long story short it took 20 minutes to get the right drink. I was very disappointed with this interaction.

  I placed an order for 12:35pm and showed up at 12:40, after confirming my stall, it said my order was on the way. We waited 20 minutes, until the screen reset to the place an order selection. We pressed the order button to check on our order 3 times, and they kept ignoring us and letting it time out, all while taking and delivering orders to the stalls around us. They did not bring us our food until my girlfriend got out of the car to track down an employee to ask where our food was, who brought it out almost immediately. I'm fine with a restaurant making a mistake, but I'm not at all fine with a restaurant making a mistake and then avoiding me to try and keep the $30 I paid for a meal. Do better, this is ridiculous
