  Ordered special guy pretended he couldn’t hear me place my order but repeated it walked out to car went back in when food came out order was wrong 1- drink short 1- drink completely wrong was suppose d to be unsweetened tea hot large dr pepper nasty. No ketchup but tomatoes on food when it was no ketchup n tomatoes no mustard on the other order if I hadn’t made it back across town I would have gotten refund please teach these people how to listen and repeat orders correctly Preparations is bigg in fast foods let’s get it right yall…

  The server needs more training and my food was extremely cold I even had a root beer float it was warm they couldn't find the order I should have known it would be cold cause it took so long on the way home not one straw lol wth! Sonic needs to do better
