  Sonic’s here is incredibly rude. Every time I visit, my food seems stale. I had a delightful experience once, but it was my first time at Sonic’s. At 10:41 p.m., the staff informed me that I could return my food for a remake. I explained that I had two toddlers and couldn’t bring them back. To my shock, they hung up on me! I’m definitely returning in the morning with the food. I’ll also be calling BBB.

  This is the best sonic I've ever been to. Marquis was so polite and got our food out super quick!

  After pressing the button three different times and having them answer and hang up, I went through the drive-through. I got the wrong drink in the drive-through and came back and asked if I could trade them out. I was unreasonably polite, especially given the service from earlier, and the fact that I still tipped the kid when I come back the guy answers the drive-through like wow… Because I wanted my six dollar well after tip eight dollar drink to be what I actually ordered still, I’m using my manners and tell him thank you and he just glare at me. I have no idea what could ever make me wanna go back to that restaurant.

  Incompetent individuals working there. Maybe you do need a degree nowdays to work in fast food. Btw all I got was a vanilla Dr pepper and a Powerade slush. Like I was speaking a foreign language to the drive through folks. I felt like the attitude had something to do with the color of my skin. But that's impossible.
