    On today’s visit to the Sonic located on Rodney Parham Road in Little Rock, Arkansas, I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered the Watermelon Peach Refresher after seeing the menu advertisement, which led me to believe the drink was sweetened. After taking a sip, I realized it was not sweetened and believed my drink had been made incorrectly. I pressed the call button and politely explained the issue. The employee informed me that the drink had been made correctly and that the refreshers are not sweetened. I explained that I had ordered this drink before and remembered it being sweetened, so I asked when that had changed. At that point, I simply requested to exchange it for a regular Peach Slush instead. Instead of assisting me, my request was ignored over the intercom. A manager then came out to my stall and told me he would neither exchange my drink nor issue a refund. He stated that Sonic loses too much money on that menu item and that the situation was my fault rather than the restaurant’s. I was shocked by the lack of customer service. I wasn’t demanding anything unreasonable—I simply asked to exchange a drink I did not enjoy for another beverage. I had even left a tip before all of this occurred, which made the experience even more disappointing. On a 90-degree day, I chose Sonic over several other places because I was looking forward to enjoying a cold drink. Instead, I left feeling frustrated, blamed, and disappointed by the way I was treated. A small gesture of good customer service, such as exchanging the drink or offering a refund, could have easily turned the situation around. This experience fell far below the level of customer service I would expect from Sonic. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that the management team at the Rodney Parham Road location is reminded that customer service is about resolving concerns respectfully, not making customers feel at fault for an honest misunderstanding. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be addressed.

    I ordered here yesterday and did not realize till I drunk my drink down and I took the top off to eat the ice and there was a roach in my drink in between the ice I came earlier and this girl told me there wasn’t anything she could do about it and when I said let me speak to a manger she told me that the manger said she had more important things to do so just letting y’all know they have ROACHES.

    I wish I could give it zero stars. It’s the worst Sonic in the city and has been since the 1990s. I ordered a drink today and got there checked in and waited over 10 minutes before leaving. I spoke to an employee who told me my diet soda would be there when it was ready. When I arrived there were only a couple cars in the drive thru and maybe 4 at stalls. There is zero reason a SINGLE soda should take over ten minutes to deliver to a stall. I left minus my order and a minus a couple dollars I spent to purchase the drink I didn’t receive.
