  Went there an hour and a half before they closed. Tried to order on the intercom and I was repeatedly rushed off saying they got it when the screen obviously showed they didn’t. I pulled to the window where they handed me a bag of food and an ice cream. Told them there should be 2 ice creams and they say they never got that part. Ring me up for the second and it’s the wrong ice cream. At this point I’m furious while they scream and holler in the back completely ignoring the line of cars. Then I get home to find 4 tater tots in our chilli cheese tot and missing a burger they they also said “we got it” about. Zero effort. It’s not like I’m 10 minutes before close guys. It’s sonic. I didn’t order a ribeye. Come on now.

  We did a mobile app order. pulled up to a stall as the mobile pickup area was full. Waited 30 minutes after we informed them on the app what stall. Pushed the button and no one answered for a while. So we called no one answered. We had walked upto the door only to have them tell us it was coming waited 15 more minutes still nothing @ 9:30 pm. 2 of the worker walked out and was arguing behind the shed and on phones. So I finally had to get out and ask them to please just put the money back on my card @10:30. It crazy if you offer mobile order here at this location but No one actually doing their jobs. They were not that busy. I am now waiting for it to be applied back to my card. Please get better service. This place will literally waste your time.
