  The people that work here are really nice but half the time I come my food is wrong, then today the dude took the burger that was wrong from my order back and handed it to someone else in another car. Unsanitary and just makes me question the food I’m getting…

  3 star service: the chip card reader wasn't working right so I had to try a different card to tap. And it was completely unclear if the payment even processed until the person walked up with my food order. 1 star food: the reason I gave the food a one-star is because I only ordered two burgers. One of them I asked for no mayo and add mustard. The person who gave me my bag of food told me that the no mayo and add mustard burger was in the bag. But when I got home both burgers were loaded with mayo. I was really pissed. Just a reminder to myself that even if the receipt says no mayo and the person giving me the bag says yes there's no mayo I need to not drive away but actually check the food first. Also I think Sonic burgers are very overpriced. I just got the basic cheeseburger with a drink and fries and it was almost $10 before taxes. I rarely go to Sonic so I'm guessing it'll be a really long time before I forget how bad it actually is and go again 🤣
