  3 star service: the chip card reader wasn't working right so I had to try a different card to tap. And it was completely unclear if the payment even processed until the person walked up with my food order. 1 star food: the reason I gave the food a one-star is because I only ordered two burgers. One of them I asked for no mayo and add mustard. The person who gave me my bag of food told me that the no mayo and add mustard burger was in the bag. But when I got home both burgers were loaded with mayo. I was really pissed. Just a reminder to myself that even if the receipt says no mayo and the person giving me the bag says yes there's no mayo I need to not drive away but actually check the food first. Also I think Sonic burgers are very overpriced. I just got the basic cheeseburger with a drink and fries and it was almost $10 before taxes. I rarely go to Sonic so I'm guessing it'll be a really long time before I forget how bad it actually is and go again 🤣

  I know this review doesn't matter. There are some bad Sonics out there...this one takes the cake. After waiting way too long for two drinks, I called them and said that we were leaving (they couldn't hear me through kiosk, so had to come outside, again). They said it would be right out. We should have left. Drinks were disgusting. Not sure how they managed to do it. Shame on me for expecting anything different at Otter Creek.

  Que estresante es usar las pantallas para pagar!! No entiendo porqué no las han actualizado. Son retrogadas e inservibles. It is so stressful to use the screens. I don't understand why they haven't updated them. They are archaic and useless.

  I was in my car... atmosphere was good....could not understand the lady taking my order...so someone else ask me for 4th time...did I want a 6" or a 12" hotdog...the first lady ask 6 or 12...in a heavy accented voice....so...I kept saying, What? She got a little bit loud...before the one came and ask me...the hotdog was very chewy ... microwaved to long....hardly any chili or cheese. .
