  For some reason you have to yell your order in. I'm thinking because of the music that plays at every Sonic. The order taker most likely has a hard time hearing your order unless you shout.

  What a rude store! Completely messed up my order and then got an attitude when I tried to correct them. We work across the street and come to this store daily! WE WILL NOT BE BACK! Terribly dissatisfied with the service and lack of respect!

  My husband and I stopped here to get our 2 year old breakfast. We order her food with an Orange juice but the server came out and said that were out of Orange juice. That fine we changed the drink, they brought my daughter food out. My husband gave them his card while my daughter started eating. While she was eating the server then came back out and said their system was down and that we have to use cash. We didn’t have any cash on us, which should have been announced during ordering. Sadley we had to take the food my daughter was eating and give it back. Very poor management on this one, I will never go back to this location. Imagine having to drive all the way across town to the nearest Sonic with a now crying, two year-old because her food was taking away. NEVER AGAIN!!!

  Just got off work and came to get some sonic with family , maddy with red hair was super nice and had a great personality and even laughed with us very great customer service thank you maddy and our food was good and hot we need more maddys 08/30
