We are excited to open a small pop up Scoops at Mighty Bluebirds Complex! All proceeds from this store go to support the Mighty Bluebirds. Experience the delightful flavors of Scoops Homemade Ice Cream, where every scoop is a taste of tradition. Scoops first started serving homemade, slow-churned ice cream in 2003 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Then we opened up a store in Downtown Little Rock in 2024 and then opened up another store in the Breckenridge Shopping Center in 2025. Stop by our new pop-up location at the Mighty Bluebirds Complex and enjoy a scoop of ice cream, a cup of coffee, or our new Lemonades and see our new location!
