The steak was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and exactly how I ordered it. You can really taste the quality. The sides were just as impressive (don’t skip the baked potato or mac & cheese!), and everything came out fresh and hot. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The manager Stiva even stopped by to check on us. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I’ll definitely be back. Whether it’s a special occasion or just a night out, Saltgrass is always a great choice!
