  Shoutout to the Saltgrass hostess, Estrella, and our server, Zayniah!!! My 92 year old mom, on a walker, was with me. Estrella seated us near the front, where Mom didn’t have to walk too far, but had a place for her walker. She also walked at a pace Mom could easily keep up with. Zayniah was very attentive and checked on us just before we had a need. It was my sister’s birthday. She opted not to have birthday dessert, so she put a candle in my sister’s steak - which was perfect! Great job ladies!

  My experience at Saltgrass was absolutely one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had, and it was all because of the exceptional service provided by Amber, my waitress! From the moment she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile, I felt welcomed and appreciated. Her knowledge of the menu was outstanding, and she took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. Throughout my meal, she checked on me consistently—not excessively, but at just the right moments—to make sure my experience was nothing short of unforgettable. Great food may bring you into a restaurant, but exceptional service is what makes you want to come back—and she absolutely delivered! Saltgrass is truly fortunate to have someone so professional, attentive, personable, and committed to making guests feel special. Amber is an incredible asset to the Saltgrass team!

  Our service was excellent-our drinks were never empty. The food is consistently excellent here at Saltgrass and we always enjoy our meal. Our daughter has peanut and treenut allergies and our server made sure to check the ingredients of the meal our daughter ordered and notified the kitchen staff- very much appreciated! We left our credit card here by mistake. We called the next day and they had put it in the managers office and kept it there until the following day when we picked it up. I appreciate the employees at saltgrass looking out for their customers! We will definitely be back!

  We had a very pleasant visit to Saltgrass for lunch today. We were seated promptly, and our waitress Crystal was attentive and courteous. The food was delicious and just as ordered. Steak was cooked to desired state, shrimp and artichoke pasta is very flavorful (with sun dried tomatoes!), and the carrot cake suggestion was the perfect dessert match. Managers Aleck and Dylan both stopped by the table to check on us and our food…Much appreciated. With so many hit and miss restaurants out there, I have to say that lunch today was an wonderful overall experience!

  We’ve had mixed experiences at other Saltgrass locations, but today our experience was remarkable! Excellent food (both presentation and taste) and kind, professional service. Steaks were excellent cuts and cooked to perfection! Alexeia, our server, set the bar high, even for more upper-end restaurants - wonderful personality, easy conversation, knowledgable, and everything she did, aiming to please. She said she intended for our experience to be magical . . . and even with a bit-too-loud country music and a food timing issue, it was very special. No surprise, but our meal (lots of plates) arrived as I say, “right on top of the salads and bread”, which is a real pet peeve of mine. Hard fitting everything on the table when we continued eating our salads after our entree/sides arrived. I did mention it to the kind gentleman who brought our food, but I’m not sure he understood how that could have been an issue. Anyway, the steaks were yummy; the sides were amazing (both Romano potatoes and okra) were SO delicious and generously portioned. This was a late birthday celebration meal for me, as we used the $25 voucher Landry’s sends its members. The manager stopped by to thank us for being Landry’s members and to wish me a happy birthday. Alexeia brought out the sweetest caramel ice cream dessert, with 2 spoons. All in all, a surprisingly wonderful dining experience!
