As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I took it back in and (after the crew argued with me about) I begrudgingly got a refund NOT edible 🤢 and as im going back out i notice the stuff we was smelling, slipping and sliding in, it was yellow and resembled urine🤮🤮! Im glad i didn't eat mine. My husband was ill after eating his meal. We will not be back!

I was sitting in their parking lot placing an order and it told me that that was the closest location to me. I had lots of issues placing the order and kept having to reenter my debit card information over and over and over because it kept telling me I needed to use a different card. The app was extremely slow and sluggish the entire time making up more difficult to place an order. I got to the drive-thru and was told that I was at the wrong location because they didn't have my order. Turns out the app was incorrect about what location I was actually sitting at. It's an area I'm rarely in so I'm not familiar with it. I was trying to accomplish this before my doctor's appointment that I had 25 minutes later. I race 14 minutes round trip to the other location to be told that they're not open yet. When I asked why my order was taken for a location outside of their hours she told me, " darling, I don't know." I ended up having to leave to make my doctor's appointment. Call the customer support number and talk to somebody overseas that was hard to understand. Said I'd get a refunded three to four business day. Overall it was a horrible experience. I'm deleting the app and don't care to ever visit O'Reilly's or checkers location again in my life.
