As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- DFDaniel F1 day ago1.0Came here after seeing an offer online. Corporate needs to clean this place up. Its a dump. Eating area is NASTY. Floor was greasy and an accident waiting to happen. Big puddle of unknown liquid by the trash can. My fries and popcorn chicken was no where near fresh and lukewarm at best. Lemonade was off and my order through the App wasn't done by the time promised. An employee on speaker phone in eating area taking care of personal problems. All in all an awful experience. I eat out once or twice a day as a full time Uber driver and have tried most fast food restaurants in Little Rock. This is one of the most disgusting ones in 8 years of doing this. Threw away most of my food and left feeling sick to my stomach.

I ordered online 15 minutes before I got there and then after I arrived 2 men ordered and they got their food before I did and I waited an additional 10 minuets. When I got back to the office they gave me a small fry instead of medium so I went back and they gave me a medium fry plus a free large drink. A woman was waiting for her order that she placed in the drive thru and she waited 15 minutes before walking to the window. I think they're struggling at that store. The cashier was really nice. It only looked like there were 2 people working in the kitchen. Hope they get add'l help. I really like their food :)
