- KMKelsey McIntyre2 days ago2.0I pre-ordered my food more than 90 minutes ahead of time, and when we were already 20 minutes past, I was told "a driver called out, so they're waiting on doordash". Stop relying on these inconsistent third party groups that don't care AT ALL about representing your product. They are actively out here making Papa Johns a less desirable, untrustworthy brand, and it's like you don't even care. What's the point of scheduling an order if you're still going to lean on some excuse about doordash? When it was pre scheduled?? How does that work??? Pitiful, truly. Stop taking shortcuts and actually try to be a responsible, reasonable, respectable company again. It's rare to find a business in 2026 that actually cares about people, not the customer, the people, and Papa Johns is failing. It's setting the team up for failure by refusing to operate under legitimate, trustworthy business practices and instead, trying to outsource to doordash because what? It saves the company $4 that it should have paid to drivers on the payroll? You guys are going the way of so many other weak businesses, and I won't mourn for the day you're gone and something that actually cares comes through to replace you. I'm not mad at the team working at this location, I'm not mad with the product, I'm severely disappointed in corporate and the complete departure from humanity and basic business ethics they choose to display. $18 for a cheese pizza and THIS is your customer service? Pathetic. DO BETTER.

- IBInspection_Ok BusinessProfessionalApr 23, 20261.0I wanna give y’all the lowest stars ever because y’all food is nasty & every time I order my food it’s a problem- I order wings your delivery driver ate some of my wings on the way to my house due to them being high and your female worker is rude they and the store playing and having to much fun.. try to start cooking the wings right and know how to count before serving. That’s shame soon it will be inspecting coming to your store… y’all store mistreat customers…..
