I should have checked recent reviews before we went but we had a gift certificate to use. Another tip off was that at 430 on a Saturday the place was mostly empty. Our server was great and I wish I remembered her name. But that was the only highlight. I ordered the prime rib but at 430 on a Saturday they were “out”of it. Must have had a major lunch rush. My wife and I both ordered the delmonico rib eye. When they arrived the steaks looked visibly different. My wife said hers was good but mine had an off flavor and was pretty tough. I ate about three pieces including cutting from the middle and could not eat any more. Also had a baked potatoe and the inside was mushy. Maybe they microwaved it. The photo is what I left behind. Also had the blooming onion as an appetizer and it was not what I remembered them being. They outside was burnt tasting and the onion was mushy. We left more than half of it untouched. As expensive as food is the visit was very disappointing and a waste of money.

First of all John our waiter get an excellent job! The food was terrible though. I switched it up and got the chicken/shrimp fettuccine and was absolutely not impressed. It was a small meal of fettuccine- not quite like the picture in their menu the shrimp were tiny and tasteless and the chicken breast was also small. Play my wife's first baked potato look like it was several days old and tasted like that too. Hollywood for coconut shrimp were really big and she says quite tasty. The men's bathroom was disgusting! One of the commodes when flush dumped a ton of water out the back on the floor, paper towel rolls none of them worked and there was a bunch of trash all over the place. It's very obvious they have a management problem. When the parking lots empty at 6p on a Saturday you know something's not right.

Got charged for fries I didn’t receive and when I called girl on the phone said there’s no fries on the order. Not only was there no fries but both burgers were soggy and got my order completely wrong like it was leftovers thrown together first and last time eating there. I have the screenshot and manager don’t know wth he’s doing.

My wife and myself became ill after eating there. She woke up with bad stomach cramps and vomited, and I had diarrhea. Sorry for the unpleasant wording which is better than unpleasant physical pain. This was the only meal we had that day. We had ribs and chicken quesadillas. Eat at your own risk.
