- GSGabby Shelton4 days ago1.0It’s 9:40 at night and I know for a fact they don’t close til 11pm they stopped taking orders and I have pictures and videos of them not taking orders and the time I drive around employees play fighting each other by the window instead of taking orders ?

It was sickening to say the least. The manager, so he say (black guy) (and I'm black in case you want to know) was very rude and nonchalant about it. Upon calling customer service, someone called me (an Asian voice). He stated that he would send in for a claim or something like that. After many calls, I never heard back from anyone and never got any form of compensation for. PLEASE DON'T EAT AT 12th St. McDonalds, NASTY. I have no reason to lie.
