  I have never given a review but it was about time . We live literally down the road in front of the college campus and when I tell you when we go to this location it never fails to disappoint. We’ve been there multiple times and I never really thought about it but it’s etheir we are “in shift change” or “our systems is down for about 20 minutes “ & “ we don’t have that” we have gotten this same response over and over . The thing is that we don’t go in the most inconvenient time , we tried to go at 12 am, sometimes even at 6 am just depending but we never get served . I don’t know how this location is still open. The staff doesn’t want to serve anyone if it’s past a certain time when it clearly says open 24/7 . The staff is there I can see them through the window but it’s always something . We will not be back but this neeeded to be said . Don’t waste your time y’all. You will leave w nothing!!

  I feel like every time I go to this McDs, it’s not a good experience. The staff is rude, I order food and don’t get it made correctly or items are left out. This morning the sausage biscuit I ordered had no egg or cheese on it and the iced mocha I asked for with no whip came out with 1/4 of the cup empty (the picture was taken while still in front of the drive thru window). If I order iced coffee, it’s watery or milky. Last week I ended up with a sausage egg McGriddle instead of a sausage biscuit. I also ordered the hot honey chicken biscuit and the hot honey sauce on the biscuit was about as big as a quarter. Barely enough to even be able to taste it. I wish I had other options on my way to work besides donuts and BK. But I’m tired of wasting my money at this McDs.
