  Don’t expect your food in less than 15 minutes in the drive-thru or curbside. Don’t expect anything but a blank stare when your food finally arrives and you say “thanks.” Don’t expect your fries to be done anywhere near “golden perfection”… they will not be frozen, but unless you arrive during the busiest times, don’t expect them to be hot or fresh either. Do expect some ketchup on top of the bun. Do expect the most mediocre fast food experience Little Rock has to offer.

  They was hella rude I asked for my drink to be medium it was a small frappe I told him at the window about it he ignored me . I asked for extra sweet and sour I only got 1 for both of my meals . Horrible service I didn’t even want the food anymore cause the services was absolutely horrible

  If y’all don’t wanna work there, then quit and find a new job. Stop being lazy when folks need their order. And when you make a mistake apologize instead repeating the wrong twice and act like it gonna correct itself.

  Ordering inside pickup here is consistently a bad experience. For whatever reason my app wont order ahead for pickup in drive through or curbside, only inside and of course i dont notice til its already placed. The wait time seems to be an average of about 20 minutes. If you go to the counter for help, employees will just stare at you and wait for the one disgnated counter person I guess to come help. The drive through is always fast and most of the time will.get your order right. Just seems like if.they didnt want to serve people inside, they could just shut it down.
