  AMBER is AMAZING!!!! She was on point. Food order was perfect. She stayed on top of refilling drinks. My family was very happy with our experience! Would highly recommend!! ❤️ Mason is also amazing and we always look for him when we come to play and eat.

  The place and arcade itself was great. The environment was very nice and fun, except for when you step into the food area… The waiter and the girl who’s the head of the kitchen was EXTREMELY RUDE. My table asked for a couple items, & a male replied with “no i got work to do”… prior to that he said “what else yall need” in such annoyed tone. If he wasn’t walking off before everyone could finish their sentences he would’ve know what we needed! Our table was very busy because it was a school field trip, so we could understand the waiters would eventually get overwhelmed! But taking your “anger” out on us shouldn’t have been your first option! We didn’t get a greeting, a smile, a “do you guys need anything else”, instead we got our food nearly tossed on our table! Great place , horrible servers !

  Kids and I had a blast! The games are fun, bowling was great, one kid did the human crane and we came home with a giant chicken (thank God it does not squeak or that would be an annoying hour drive home lol). Manager Kevin and employee Tracey were flbery helpful and friendly. While helping us with an issue Kevin also joked around with my son to help keep the experience fun and lite!

  I wanna say I loved my whole experience so bad. The games were fun, laser tag was great for us and the kids. The staff at the very front when we walked in were helpful and friendly. But, when it came to redeeming the entree that came with our play package we stood at the host stand for a while before being acknowledged. We then sat for a while before being greeted. Once we were greeted we placed the whole order at once in fear of the wait of returning. Our app came out before our drinks, the Brussel sprouts were great, but we still didn’t have our sodas until after we had finished the app and waited. We got burgers, a flat bread, and wings. The burgers were good, but the wing sauce was very watered down. It had little to no flavor. Anyways, to make a long story short, we won’t be eating or drinking here in the future, but we are excited to come back for games and laser tag. Another thing to note was the amount of food on the game floor and shot glasses unattended by the games.

  Got the all activities wristband and paid $65 for two people then went bowling first and only played for like 15 minutes then went to do laser tag and there was no one there even tho they were scheduled for a game so went to do the human crane instead and they wouldn’t let us so I talked to a manager and they said it wasn’t included in our all activities wristbands so I went to show them where it said it was included and when you click on all activities it shows the human crane but they wouldn’t budge so we asked for a refund and we only got like $11 back because bowling costs $40 by itself for an hour which is fine but we only played for 15 minutes and they made us cut off our wristbands so we couldn’t even finish out our hour if we wanted to.
