  Fun bowling and games. Food is solid for the atmosphere. Amazing for company events or parties. Would recommend.

  Manager so rude to me in front of my kids.Followed me around and my son started screaming.My son has autism and told him he should’ve stayed home.I turned around and took my kids to Dave and Busters for instead.The tall white lady with short hair and her eyes were dilated

  Our friend group visited Main Event for our friends’ birthday, and Vonte and Rob ensured we had an amazing time. Despite our large group of ten people, they made sure we had a fantastic experience and even provided accommodations to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. We will definitely be returning to Main Event in the future.

  I give 3 stars because after the curfew kids and teens parents weren't there and it was children who didn't have any home training and were definitely bullying other kids. Also its no understanding on the difference between an all day pass and the arcade card. I spent a total of $300 because I didnt understand the difference and nobody was there at the front to assist me. But for future reference the all day pass is for later tag and bowling only it doesn't include any arcade games so your kids will get bored within the hour. Overall experice it was good but it could've been better especially with those kids and teens, it should be a requirements for them to put a pause on everything to ensure all kids parents or guardians are present.

  We recently visited Main Event, and I wanted to recognize an outstanding act of kindness from one of the managers there. My autistic son had his heart set on a prize toy, but unfortunately he didn’t have enough points to redeem it. I offered to purchase it but was told that wasn’t an option. Seeing how disappointed my son was, the manager stepped in and generously used their own points to help him get the toy. That small gesture made a huge difference for my son and our family, Without it, we wouldn’t have been able to stay. showed genuine compassion, understanding, and a commitment to creating a positive experience for guests. Moments like this are not forgotten. Thank you to the manager for going above and beyond. Your kindness turned a difficult moment into a special memory for my son. PS. For corporate headquarters, I would also like to share a suggestion with Main Event’s corporate team. Many families with autistic children and other disabilities visit your locations. It would be wonderful if there were additional accommodations for children with special needs, such as allowing parents to purchase a small number of prize points when a child is just short of a reward, or doesn’t have any points earned yet, or creating special programs and flexibility for guests with disabilities. Small accommodations can make a tremendous difference for these children and their families and help create a more inclusive experience for everyone.
