  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience. The server was professional, attentive, and respectful throughout the visit, and I truly hate that he has to work under management that handled the situation so poorly. I ordered drinks on the rocks. While the mango drink had a good flavor, I could not taste any liquor and it came across more like juice than a cocktail. The second drink was watered down and not enjoyable from the moment it arrived at the table. Despite leaving both drinks mostly untouched, I was still required to pay for them. What made the experience most disappointing was the way the manager addressed the situation. Rather than handling the concern professionally, the interaction felt dismissive and unaccommodating. For a $22 experience, I expected significantly better quality and customer service. Based on this visit, I would not recommend ordering drinks here if you are expecting well-made cocktails and professional management. There are several other local establishments that provide a much better overall experience and customer service.

  Here are pictures of the drinks and the manager who handled the situation poorly. The server was very professional, and I truly hate that he has to work under management like this. The other drink was watered down and not good when it came to the table. Even after leaving both drinks untouched, the manager still made me pay for them. The manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. For $22, the experience was disappointing from beginning to end. I would not recommend ordering drinks here, especially if you expect quality cocktails and respectful customer service. Visitors looking for better professionalism and better experiences should consider other local spots like the Mexican on Cantrell or Camp Taco.

  Awesome food!!! It's almost the best thing in the River Market district!!!!
