Sometimes have good interaction with employees, most of the time not. Vow to never go again. Few weeks go by you think 'its got to be better, I'll try again.' Its not, its the same or even worse. This location use to be buzzing with nice, helpful employees. Now the ice maker has been broken for 2 weeks. Shift manager yelling at customers about how many orders they have. Not enough employees. Don't answer the phone to cancel orders that took too long. This is a wreck. Prices continue to go up while service continues to find a new rock bottom every time. Corporate, don't leave a generic AI response. Actually do something. Send someone in to experience the lack of service. Make the franchisee do better. Your name as a whole is getting tarnished from this one location.
- KRKim RamseySep 8, 20262.0I haven't been in over 3 years due to bad service. Speaking of the store at on Broadway in Little Rock. I decided I wanted to try them again today. I walked from work to the Broadway location. Was told no ice. Machine is broken. Its 98 degrees today. Not good. Any other restraunt would have gone and bought bagged ice. Not Jimmy John's. I guess I'll wait another 3 years to visit. Also they gave me no napkin and my sandwitch was not cut in half as it should have been. Sandwitch too messy without napkins and not being cut in half.
