  Freaky slow. I could have walked to Community Bakery and back faster and there were only two cars ahead of me.

  It takes forever to get a sandwich. It’s minimum 10-15 minutes in the drive through for 1 sandwich. Every single time I go it takes forever I have quit going at this point.

  Ordered a Simple Turkey Tom online, went through the drive thru. Sandwich was ready. However, they didn’t put any of the condiments I asked for in the bag nor on the sandwich. No mayo nor vinegar. I received a dry sandwich and it’s truly disappointing as I am on a road trip and have to eat a DRY sandwich.

  The issues I have are not happening all the time, but I've been there twice recently so this is my experience for the two trips. Both times there wasn't someone at the front to take orders, and when someone did come up they were inattentive and had to have things repeated. The first trip they weren't busy so the person making the sandwiches was making my food before the person working the register even showed up. Second trip they must have had a lot of online orders or something (though they couldn't have been too busy as 2 employees were just sitting around while the drive thru line backed up). Not sure how long it took to get my order, but it wasn't a priority for them to get it done. I think I was in the store 10 minutes or so (which isn't a long time but plenty long for supposedly being "freaky fast"). Main issue was parking because since their drive thru was backed up in to the main road I had to sit and wait to be able to back out. The person in the car next to mine actually was nice and stopped the cars so I could back out and get back to work. There's no room to back out to exit if there are cars in the drive thru line and you have to rely on people to let you back out. There is additional parking that probably would be a better option since it's not blocked by the drive-thru line. Food was good, no problem with the quality there. My order was made correctly and tasted fresh. I normally don't like lettuce from sandwich places because it's always turning brown, but that has not been the case here. I do believe most of my issues were because they were busy with large delivery/pickup orders. Probably just best to order ahead with this store.
