  I pulled up to the drive-thru yesterday around 4pm. They couldn't hear my order, they don't carry spicy mustard anymore so I picked something else, and there was a huge pothole right in the driving path when you turn. After waiting a bit, I got the sandwich, drove away and looked at what they made for $11. This thing was all bread, DRY, empty. Saddest sandwich I've ever seen. For dinner, I got Subway Benton (by Olive Garden) who consistently makes a great sandwich and there's always a $6.99 footlong promo code. Jimmy John's isn't great in Little Rock compared to Dallas years ago, but man this location was terrible.

  I just left this Jimmy John’s in serious disappointment. Not only was no one behind the counter when I walked in, but the sandwich counter was covered in old dried up sandwich ingredients that had been left out to get gross. I was craving my regular sandwich, but after seeing the conditions of this location, I left empty handed. What a shame

  Do NOT go here! We waited over 30 minutes in the drive through for two sandwiches with no rush in front or behind us. We ended up canceling the order and leaving. I feel bad for the owners because Jimmy John’s is usually easy and delicious. It all comes down to the staff, unfortunately.

  I cringe when I see the young guys working. The food is always literally thrown together, incorrect & they have an attitude when you mention it. My most recent visit was 4/9/26 & unfortunately I’m probably never coming back to this location after this. Management needs to do better with training!!!!
