    Just waited 20 minutes in there for the girl to tell me they’re out of bread… could’ve lead with that I wasted my entire break here… jimmy johns is NOT what it used to be.

    I went there at 12:47 during lunch I ordered they stopped my order and take someone that’s on the inside order first then he can’t hear me. I repeat it in like five times but he finally gets it. I don’t know if he got it right or not anyway so I’m sitting there and they said pull them around for your total. I’m sitting there at the window and I’ll wait 5 to 10 minutes. Guy comes up and he was gonna tell me my total and then he said wait a minute when he comes back this lady comes back and said well it’s gonna be a little bit. I gotta make the tune that’s gonna be five or 10 minutes. You’re willing to wait that’s a no ma’am as y’all have tuna made and they also informed me they didn’t have any ice for my drink. You know in this noon time I don’t know you know who the manager is but they’re doing a piss poor job.

    I have had bad experiences here in the past but I thought maybe enough time had gone by for the staff to turn around and possibly have a better experience. I was wrong. DEAD WRONG. Not only was the sandwich station un-refreshed and disgusting to look at (wilted and dried out) but the staff was completely rude annoyed to be there. The person making sandwiches was also scratching their nose in between making sandwiches and then making sandwiches with the gloves worn to mess with his nose. I won’t be giving this one another chance.

    Seriously slow sandwiches. We were the only car in the drive thru. From the time we pulled up to order to the time we left with the food was 20 minutes. On the plus side, the sandwiches were fantastic and well made. That’s the only thing that made the experience worth while. It was pretty obvious the problem was staffing as there was only one guy working.
