Not once but twice I've had my order delivered by the same driver that allegedly just received knee surgery. These deliveries was separated by a span of 5 months apart. I tipped both time and when she arrives she calls (que the violin) and says she just had knee surgery and can't preform the delivery if its up stairs. Then ask if I could come to her vehicle and get my order. I, the customer who, already upheld my end of the deal by paying and went a step further by tipping, went down stairs and got the delivery the first time it happened. someone posted a review about a year ago having the same experience. Which leaves me to believe the driver has been pulling this card for a while now. In Fairness in exchange for the tip I was offered a "free pizza" with my next purchase (I never claimed it). On today's order I was called by the delivery driver and asked if i could come down stairs to get my order. I said I couldn't (wasn't feeling well) and the driver said she would have to take the delivery back and find someone else to deliver it. I contacted the store manager who made it seem like she was doing me a favor by issuing my refund for the order. Domino's if this is the service customers will receive why is there not an advance warning? And why does the store managers tone sounds like they are hearing the same complaint for the tenth time that day or upset that you called and complained (different manager each time). Dear Dominoes I wouldn't work as a zoo keeper if I disliked animals. I wouldn't work as a lifeguard if I couldn't swim. Maybe the delivery driver in question would serve better at a different position at Domino's since stairs seem to be a limitation for her. It's only right to offer her the proper accommodation for her disability. Its horrendous customer service to knowingly send her on deliveries being aware that she can't/won't complete deliveries with stairs. I can't spend my money there knowing that I'll pay the price Domino's ask of the customer and tip to receive a partial service.

Placed an online order and went to pick it up. Inside were like 5 employees and all but one weren't doing anything. The one was on the phone. Another employee came up and asked the one on the phone to assist me while no one else did anything. The food itself was pretty bad. My pizza was folded over on itself and barely cut. I also had a stuffed cheesy bread and they forgot to line the box with paper so the grease leaked everywhere and was dripping off the box as they handed it to me. The bread itself had a single pepperoni on top of it but I didn't order pepperoni bread so I'm not sure what that was about. Avoid if you like pizza

Apparently the app no longer tells you the store it selected for you is about to close. It will allow you to pay and everything only for your order to go through, get canceled with no explanation, then when you call the store an employee will yell into the phone that they are closed and slam the phone down on you. 10/10 Will not order here again. What a way to treat paying customers.

I ordered carryout, and the staff acknowledge me as soon as I came in. They verified my order, and I was good to go. I really appreciated how that service level and pure engagement met my consumer needs, that day. ...AND it was so well prepared! 5 Stars, y'all. Thanks!
