  Lady in front of me ordered a burrito bowl to go and I watched as she moved through the line with the only attendant working the line. A little rice, 2 1/2 scoops of chicken, 2 full hand scoops of cheese, 2 big scoops of guac and other toppings. I thought it was going to be double/triple charge for everything. Nope, just a chicken bowl with guac. The bowl was so full the line attendant had trouble closing the top. Now, I’ll tell you about my burrito bowl to go…1/2 scoop chicken, 1/2 portion of cheese, half spoon of guac….yeah I asked for more of each and was told I would be charged for “double”. I did manage 2 tongs of grilled veggies with no “double” warning. My son was next with his burrito…small scoop rice, 1/4 scoop chicken and 1/4 scoop steak, small scoop veggies, small bit of cheese, and maybe 1/2 scoop of guac. His was definitely a skinny burrito. We’ve decided that we’ll go to another Chipotle in the future when we see that particular person making the orders. It has happened several times before to us at this Chipotle. It looks like large and small orders are an issue at this store

  Only one employee running the station. Didn’t change her gloves between taking customers orders and working cash register for 4 customer before me. From touching money to make food back to back with same gloves, I turn around and left. With everything going on with food these days not going risk it. Retrain your employees please, basic food safety!!!! Probably just wait until CAVA opens up, not deal with this establishment again.

  This Chipotle Discriminated against my service dog and I. I went to this chipotle today and had placed a mobile pickup order but was going to sit in the restaurant to eat. I have a service dog for hypoglycemia (low blood sugars) when I walked in a man behind the counter named Will asked “is that a service dog” I responded “yes” he then asked for paperwork stating she’s a certified service animal. I stated that “under the Americans with Disabilities Act businesses are only legally allowed to ask two questions. Is that a service animal and what service do they provided” I answered both of those questions and he proceeded to tell me that if she doesn’t have paperwork she is not allowed inside the restaurant. I told him that there is no paperwork or legal certification for service animals in America. He told me “that is not true and I could sit outside or leave because chipotle policy doesn’t allow animals” it was 100 degrees outside and I had a baby with me. I even gave him a card with the federal law regarding service animals on it and told him that federal law trumps store policy and, he completely disregarded it and refused to listen or read the card. So I then showed him what the federal law was online and he still refused to read it. During this entire interaction my dog was completely behaved and was in a down-stay that she did not move from. He continued to tell me my dog was not permitted inside. I have since contacted corporate for a discrimination complaint. But this store seriously needs to be educated on federal law and discrimination against people with disabilities. I was unable to eat inside this restaurant because I had my medical device with me and was unable to eat at the time I needed to which for my disease can lead to a life threatening hypoglycemia episode. I hope chipotle decides to better educate their employees.

  Some young girl rushed to make my bowl, first of all doesn’t say hi just stares at you. Doesn’t ask you any kinds of questions. At checkout she’s quick to press total, and I asked to do part cash part card and all she could tell me was “I already pushed the order through.” Which makes no sense I’ve always been able to pay part cash part card, and bc of that I didn’t even get the chance to ask for a drink , so I didn’t get one. She just rings up my bowl and tells me the total. What great customer service .
