We ordered chicken nuggets and medium fries, and unfortunately it was one of the worst Chick-fil-A experiences we’ve had. The fries were okay, although they were noticeably oily. The real issue was the chicken nuggets. They were genuinely inedible. The texture and quality were so off that neither my partner nor I could finish our meals to the point we had to quite literally spit-it-out because we were so disgusted. Looking back, I probably should have walked away when I noticed several people at the side counter already complaining that their orders were wrong. I’m originally from the Atlanta, Georgia area, so I’ve been to many different Chick-fil-A locations over the years, and I understand that every restaurant has off days and every location operates a little differently. That said, I recently visited a Chick-fil-A in Mississippi that completely reminded me why people love this chain. The food was fresh, the service was outstanding, the restaurant was clean, and everything was prepared with care. I genuinely want to enjoy this location too, as I just moved here a few weeks ago and Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at but it has a lot of room for improvement. Better food preparation, stronger quality control, attention to cleanliness, and consistent GOOD customer service would make a huge difference. If you want customers to keep coming back, those details matter. Also, $21 for two twelve count nuggets and two medium fries is insane. I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared. I sincerely hope management takes the feedback seriously because this location has the potential to be much better.

Her and my nephew were involved in a horrific car wreck. She has had five surgeries and been in three hospitals in the last four weeks to put her back together. After a month of hospital food, all she asked for was Chick-fil-a. I ordered through DoorDash from this location and the order was never received. I was so distraught. DoorDash didn’t care. Josh Jones at Chick-fil-a did. When I told him my story, he not only remade my sister and nephews food, he personally drove it to the hospital and delivered it to make sure they got it. He even threw in cookies to make it up. He went so far above and beyond what was required of his job duties, and all he said was “Of course. I’m not worried about the recognition, but I would hope it may encourage someone else to be a positive influence on those they interact with.” And “I’d want the same done for myself or family if I had someone I loved in care out of state. Thank you for giving us a call.” I’d give them a thousand stars if I could. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
