  Food was delicious. Service was mediocre. Took us a while for someone to seat us and then another 10/15 minutes for the server to come to our table.

  Worst service and experience we have had at a restaurant ever. An 90min in we still did not have our food. The service was overwelmed and manager was no where to be found until we asked for her. Manager was rude and hostile when we asked about food and how long it was taking. We ended up walking out because of the manager no people skills now I know why this location has so many bad reviews.

  We were having dinner next to a group of 14 teenagers and it was very loud but it could not be helped I guess. The service was excellent and the food was good per usual.

  Not my kind of place at all; but met others there. We were 6 and a baby. Very empty, only a few tables with diners. The atmosphere got two stars because it was clean. The food got two because it was fine. Got tacos with no sauces which were fresh and made to my specs; but was served with a bunch of fries ( first time I’ve ever had tacos and fries) they were mixed and some were old and stale. I did not eat many. The service was indeed kind but one of us wanted extra ice. She asked for it and it never came, asked again and got iced water. Took 3 times to get ice. Then we were all served our meals but one. We wanted to wait for his to come. It was such a long time we now thought it had been forgotten; even though she had recited it all back when taking the order. We asked if it was forgotten and she said no but went instantly back to the kitchen. when serving the other plates she should have said that his was taking longer and yet said nothing. Even after we asked about it, it still took too much time to arrive, about the amount of time to make a sandwich. It was seriously about 15 minutes before his came out after ours was served. That was very rude and ill timed in my opinion, if indeed it was not forgotten. If it was forgotten, which I very well believe, well…that’s troubling for another reason in a virtually empty restaurant!

  It's unbelievable! They only have "one single" healthy option—the "Salad"— with only two dressing options, the portion size is tiny; and I could barely even see the three little pieces of excessively salty chicken. Everything else on the MENU is fried. 😔 By the way... If you're used to drinking margaritas at Mexican restaurants, I recommend you don't order one here; aside from being tiny, they have a very strange taste and bear no resemblance to an authentic margarita.
