  Went here about a week ago and ordered a jamocha shake. Tasted the shake and it was vanilla so I called the store to notify them that their machine maybe needs to be calibrated. I spoke with a Skylar? who said someone else notified them earlier and the gm was the only one who knew how to calibrate it. Skylar took my name down and told me to come back for a replacement shake any time after the day I called. I go today, order the shake, pull up to the window and the freckle faced boy in the window playing in his nose directly in my eye sight. I don’t mention it because it’s already a replacement and I know fast food places hire young kids. I stop at the window and explain that I spoke to Skylar and give my name and the silly boy in the window asking me why I’m telling him. Like HELLO DID YOU NOT HEAR THAT THE SHAKE IS A REPLACEMENT????? Then gets on the headset and starts telling the gm that I “apparently spoke with a Skylar” like they don’t have a Skylar who works there. I say excuse me and he’s like “I’m talking to the gm” then proceeds to hand the shake to me and tells me “you need to have more better energy” so I tell him “you need to have MORE better grammar if you’re gonna call yourself checking somebody and not be playing in your nose in the window.” Then he goes “why you take the Shake?” He’s lucky I wasn’t spending money this time around or I would’ve driven right off but his attitude had me like nah, I’m getting this replacement Shake and you mister nose picker gonna give it to me. I’ve called corporate to report the little boy, it’s unfortunate that the Shake went right in the trash but picking your nose while in a fast food window is insane.

  Took 10 minutes to get 5 turkey sliders and no one was in line.

  The customer service was great but the food sucked. My sandwich was very soggy
