  Came by at lunch time in the DT. Immediately met with good customer service, the lady at the window was SO nice. The food I got was hot and good. My favorite Arby's in LR!

  Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Went inside for a take out order for two people. They were communicating with each other well and definitely made us feel welcome. Service was quick as could be expected and everything was correct. Definite good feeling when some experiences can be less than ideal good vibe

  Piss poor on getting food right.. spent $60 for the family and couldn't get anything right.. 3 people working 2 outside so really only really 1 person working. I would avoid this location and find a different location. They don't seem to care too much here about correcting their mistake or giving a refund for their mess up.. definitely won't be visiting this location. Use to be my favorite location we would eat at once a week.
