  This was my first time trying 7-Brew and I will most definitely choose them now over any other coffee shop. Not only was the coffee great, the staff was even better!! I am type one diabetic, so no sugar for me. The manager there was the one taking my order. She was beyond kind and helped me understand my sugar free options. Go see the girls there! They are all so sweet and will take care of you.

  I came to the 7brew on Cantrell, March 17 at around 8:30am, to get two honeybun lattes. One for my husband who was at work, and another for myself. I didn’t taste the lattes until I got to my husband’s job. Upon my husband tasting the latte, he pointed out the latte tasted like water. After I tried mine, it also tasted like warm water. I took the lattes back to the location at Cantrell. When the employee kindly took them to the back, a girl that had made the lattes said “espresso shots are supposed to be watery!”…. It’s sad that 7brew hires high school kids who have no knowledge on how to make coffee, let alone pull an espresso shot accurately. When they redid the lattes, yet again, they were both watery, with the exception of them being sweeter. So now, I have 2 sweet warm water drinks. No coffee flavor. You can say, it’s 7brew, what do you expect? But people willingly spend their money in the mornings on coffee(as I did) when having no time to make one at home. To spend money on something not done right due to the workers willful ignorance and lack of knowledge is agitating. 7brew needs to teach their workers on how to make coffee the right way if their whole motive is to sell coffee. The employees who work outside are nice! But the ones inside are the ones giving attitude over something they didn’t do right… it doesn’t look good on that franchise.
