  I always come to the Markham St location when I am in Little Rock. I don’t mind waiting when the lines are long and everyone is doing their best. However, this morning was AWFUL! A boy in the line ordered 30 separate and different drinks. Instead of asking him to move forward or move over, everyone else had to sit and wait behind him, even though we had already ordered our one or two drinks. I waited in line 39 minutes behind him for my drinks. It was a completely miserable experience. I even asked one of the workers if they could please ask him to pull forward. However, they did not. They even asked if they could take a picture of all his drinks, while the line was piling up behind him. If they weren’t willing to ask him to move, they could have at least asked the other lane to pause and allow us to move over. Even though we (the many people in line behind him) had all already placed our orders while he was steadily adding to his, they still brought out his 30 drinks first. This is a very poor way to run a business.

  I ordered a sugar-free Blondie, but it was extremely sweet. I went back and explained that it didn't seem sugar-free because of how sweet it tasted. The staff agreed to replace it, but the replacement was still very sweet and had almost no coffee flavor. What was even more disappointing was that the replacement looked much lighter in color, almost like milk, and tasted more like milk than coffee. Both drinks were supposed to be Blondies, but the second one seemed overly diluted and lacked the coffee taste I expected. I appreciated that they offered a replacement, but the issue was not resolved. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. You can see the difference between the two cups of Blondie.

  We just went to grab coffee and all three of our drinks were messed up. We went back to ask for an espresso shot that was missing from a drink and the girl who brought it to us was very disrespectful even though we were polite about it. We come here since it’s in the area but the baristas are almost always rude and get at least one of our drinks wrong every time. I’ve been a barista and know it can get too busy to be friendly but it’s never busy enough to be as rude as they are. The line at the Cantrell location will sometimes be longer than this one and the baristas will still be attentive and friendly. If you want good service and good drinks, don’t go to this location!

  Went there a few minutes ago to get some drinks with my girls. Immediately met with an unprofessional and rude attitude from the young man wearing sunglasses while it’s misty outside. Game him our orders. one medium matcha with birthday cake and white chocolate, extra sweet, with oat milk and 1 shot espresso, and a plain medium white chocolate matcha. He didn’t ask any questions about the order, nor did he read it off, was looking around nonchalantly while I’m giving him the order, which is fine if you’re actually taking the order. Already had a feeling something was going to be off with the order, my friend took one sip of the matcha, it wasn’t extra sweet nor did it have espresso. The second medium matcha was a large, when i specifically asked for a medium, he put it in so we paid for the large. We pulled back around to politely ask for JUST the shot that was missing, when technically it should’ve been remade with as many things that were missing. The young lady at lane said my bad let me go get that, honestly was sweeter than i expected, but the girl who brought it back out said in a very rude manner “I just put the shot on top, you’re gonna have to tomtom it yourself”. As someone who has worked at 7brew, not one of the steps in getting our drink was done properly. Will not be giving tips at markham anymore, this is the 4th time we have had a bad experience. When I used to pick up shifts here, people always gave this same energy and tbh I’m over it. Perfect 7brew energy and exactly why I left
