  All I ordered was a drink. I ordered and pd for it, and somehow they forgot about my order and I was there for a little over 30 min. It was not busy at the time.

  they are incapable of making blasts correctly here. a few pieces of candy on top and nothing but vanilla ice cream underneath

  I really don't like leaving bad reviews. I'm not confrontational. But this Sonic...you absolutely have to check your food before leaving, and plan on at least 30 minutes to get your food. We love Sonic food, the product itself. But this Sonic really struggles with accuracy. For example, my husband loves the burgers. Most burgers come standard with onions and mayo. He hates both. We always order on the app, so we can make sure we're putting everything in correctly. We order his burgers no onion, no mayo, add mustard. And every single time, without fail, they put onions and mayo on it when it's brought out. There have been four separate times where his burger had to be remade three or four times. Not two. Once, they brought it back out and this time, had no onions or mayo but also took off the bacon. Asked them to add bacon, and it came back out missing one of the three patties. Wait times are easily 15 minutes on average, which I wouldn't mind if the food was correct. To their credit, they will make things right. This is not their fault because they have no control over the app, but the app is still not working and I'm losing out on collecting points. Contacted corporate support and they can't figure out why it isn't working. They were supposed to escalate to tech support and have someone call me. That was a month ago. Sometimes it will charge you and the store doesn't receive your order.

  Tacos are good chips were stale never had that happen before ordered cheese dip didn't get it until meal was over very unusual don't know what was going on .normally agood place to eat. Server did apologize said she just forgot.

  Lake City Sonic is one of the better ones in our area, unlike the Manila Sonic which sucks!
