  Food was cold service was even colder the managers are all useless and don't help anything . They will mess things up and then make it as complicated as possible getting their mess ups fixed as if it was my fault. The main manager lady there the short one is extremely rude and condescending. The others under her are rude as well ,which with a manager like her I can see why but the staff is all in all not at all a team the carhops are snooty and rude constantly excluding maybe 2. The company really needs to fix this nettelton store asap. Out of all the B's I've seen at Sonic this specific store is the worst. And the manager lady needs to be taught how to stop being snobby and catty and actually teach her team how to do things . 30 plus minutes waiting on an order for 2 simple meals and it was still cold when they brought it out. The kitchen also didn't even get the order right how we asked . The car hop was apologizing and explaining as soon as it came up she would be straight out with it..... That was honestly the only thing that made me not go in and argue with the staff,was that the carhops was visibly regretful and sorry for the issue even though it was not her fault that same girl was the only one I ever had a good experience with all the others are rude and snotty as if they are extremely inconvenienced by doing their job and being annoyed having to fix things or even get a sauce they forgot ... absolutely appauling

  I got a cookie dough blast, and they didnt mix it in at all, the cookie dough was only at the top and im not the type to complain, but $5 for only a cup of ice cream and some cookie dough is crazy.(i also work at a sonic so i know how its supposed to be and this is definitely not it.)

  I try to stop by all the Sonic Drive Inns ( Used to be a car hops ). They are famous for their Milkshakes and Hamburgers and Tater tots and don't forget their Chil Cheese Corn Chips . Also their foot long Chili Cheese Hot dogs. The service workers are very friendly that brings you your food to eat .
