  i’d give lower stars if possible. had a mobile order, it glitched, tried explaining, and got cut off immediately, and asked multiple times for the name of order. the app had given me the wrong name, which is what i was trying to explain. y’all need to have better customer service, bout to trash the food bc who knows what was done to it now.

  So say in line over 25 for a bag of ice. I go to tell them can we get help at the drive thru window. We have been sitting here forever. Some lady is like we are really busy. Ok I get that. At least communicate with your customers. Because on the outside looking it. It looks like you’re serving everyone but the drive thru. Communication is key. Yall def need a new manager.

  I placed the order through the drive-through and I was waiting patiently I did knock on the window because the woman took my card and did not run it so I asked could I get my card if was not going to run it she got upset and said we’re not gonna handle disrespect ma’am, you took my card. I’ve already been hacked by sonic before I had to get a whole new card. I mean who takes someone card and just leaves it sitting there. She refused to give my food and tell me we do not have to handle disrespect and told me to go on without my food and without pay I wanted my food and I had already been sitting there 5 to 10 minutes. anything you should’ve not took my card without any explanation a very rude very disrespectful and I have my children in the car. I will not go back. You cannot pay me enough to go back to what I experienced tonight y’all already losing business.
