    I placed the order through the drive-through and I was waiting patiently I did knock on the window because the woman took my card and did not run it so I asked could I get my card if was not going to run it she got upset and said we’re not gonna handle disrespect ma’am, you took my card. I’ve already been hacked by sonic before I had to get a whole new card. I mean who takes someone card and just leaves it sitting there. She refused to give my food and tell me we do not have to handle disrespect and told me to go on without my food and without pay I wanted my food and I had already been sitting there 5 to 10 minutes. anything you should’ve not took my card without any explanation a very rude very disrespectful and I have my children in the car. I will not go back. You cannot pay me enough to go back to what I experienced tonight y’all already losing business.

    Drove through, repeated order multiple times....they repeated order back to me multiple times. The line moved through quickly, service was friendly, feeling extra pleasant so we gave a tip to the cashier, even though it was drive through. THEN we get home to find we were not given our complete order. I should know to double check my bag before leaving, but the order had been recited so many times, even by the cashier who handed me the food. Nope, it's on them. No excuses. If I lived in town, I would've returned, but,alas, it's simply a lesson learned. Also, the chicken sandwich and groovy fries taste suspiciously like fish. I won't be returning or recommending. Avoid this business folks.

    Can't get a burger right to save their life! Twice in 2 weeks, I've had to send my burgers back twice and both times they got them wrong the second time. The first time, Sonic offered 500 points and put it on my card. We can't order the same thing with those 500 points. It's a rip off. They should have given me a refund. The second time they offered me 500 points and I told them get out of here with that nonsense. Offering somebody points for something that isn't the same as what you had is ridiculous. I will not be back here again. I always tip and I tipped the girl tonight but I will not go back again. I see why people don't tip at Sonic. Why tip when your food's going to be wrong and they can't get it right See how they replied... Still did absolutely nothing to rectify the problem. Fake concern. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere

    I put in an order on the app pulled into a space and waited 10 minutes. They were busy, so I checked the eta. I stated I should call them about my order. I attempted to do so multiple times. At that time (probably another 10 minutes later) there was only one car in the drive thru, so I got into line to ask for assistance. I was told by one of the carhop that there was no order to go out when I did sit at the window for a good bit without service. That car hop then left without resolving the issue or checking the orders on the table where they were being prepped. I wait longer until a manager comes over determines that the carhop who I spoke to had scanned the order as delivered and never brought it to my car. At this point I have been at Sonic for over 30 minutes. My order showed that it should have gone out five minutes after I arrived. The manager did eventually give me my sodas, but they were watered down from waiting that long. I understand increased wait times from a high volume of customers, but I believe there should have been some communication or an attempt to assist me other than to tell me I was wrong. I have never had this issue at any other sonic location.
