  we ordered a pizza and cheese sticks for delivery to our job, only to find out it was delivered to the wrong location. when we called papa john’s, they said they would remake it. so we had to wait extra long, only to find out now they forgot our cheese sticks and garlic cups. when we called the store to see about it, they said “we’ll just refund you but you’re not getting your cheese sticks today.” like what ???? it’s not our fault YOU messed up on our order! horrible customer service! ( or lack thereof ) i haven’t ordered papa john’s in a long time and now i remember why. i will never come back. i like pizza hut better anyway. save your money and stay away from this place.

  Clean store. Friendly, courteous, professional staff. Pizza is always accurate and delicious. Great deals if you sign up for emails and get promo codes to use in the app.

  I have used papa John’s for years but probably won’t after recent. The last several orders my pizzas have been undercooked and over priced. The prices raise and quality worsens. Their drivers have no change. I recently ordered two pizzas which totaled to 27$ (insane already) and when it was delivered I payed with cash but they did not have change. I either had to cancel the order or pay 40$ for two pizzas. I called the shop and since they used DoorDash drivers they couldn’t accept online payment anymore. Absolutely ridiculous. Under staffed, low quality, expensive pizza. Never again.
